"Navi" from Legend of Zelda

Hey, I'm new to the forum. I've been trying to make a new voice file for my TomTom One, specifically styled with Navi from Legend of Zelda. Imagine it.

"Hey! Take the Second Left"
"Listen! Turn right after 300 yards!"

But I lack the skills to do make my voice sound like Navi's voice. Can anyone help me with this?

There's a program called cool edit, that you might be able to download for free. It's now called adobe audition. It allows you to change the pitch of a voice without changing the speed
