My TomTom Go screen seems to be stuck

Is there any way I can fix this? I have a TomTom Go, not sure off the top of my head what model. It seems that the right side of the touch screen is stuck. I can program a route but after its been on for a minute or two it starts selecting menu buttons on the right of the screen. I can keep hitting the back button but it selects the other buttons just as fast. It's pretty much worthless as is... does anyone know if there is any way I can get this fixed?

Make sure there is no dirt under the bezel by sliding the sharp corner of a business card around the perimeter of the screen.

If that doesn't help, perhaps uninstalling and reinstalling the application may help.
