My Go 910 went dead, reset?

I was using it last weekend and after making a stop, I noticed the screen was just blank. I'm unable to get it working again but I remember having an initial problem with it when it was new and there was a way to reset it. If so, I don't remember what I did and don't see a place to reset it. Anyone?

Take the unit off the dock and turn it over, the reset hole is near the multi pin connector, the red arrow points to where it is, use a pin as paperclips can quite often be to large to depress the plunger of the switch - Mike

So far I'm not having any luck. Either I'm not depressing it with the pin or the unit's just toast.
