Can any moderator tell me if My Drive is now finished as I believe TT have launched there newer Portal.
Do I delete "My Drive" and use the the new "Tom TomPlan" just want to be clear as I am finding a few glitches with My Drive on route planning, always seems to send straight to traffic jams etc.

plan.tomtom.com is where you'll want to work now, yes. The MyDrive phone app is now obsolete.

TomTom Plan replaces MyDrive.

Normally, you don't need to remove MyDrive, as it uses the same web link to log in.

The Mydrive app installed on the phone still works, if you delete it you will not be able to reinstall it.

There may be some confusion here. We WARNED TomTom not to use the name "MyDrive" for everything!

To the OP:

Are you talking about deleting the web link to the old MyDrive site from your browser, or deleting the MyDrive app from your phone?

I use plan.tomtom.com to import .gpx tracks to my TT550. this is not working on my android phone. Even in desktop modus. What is the way to go on an android v13?

The Mydrive app on the phone has been stopped, this may be the reason why you cannot import GPX tracks to your rider.

Are you trying to use the MyDrive app on your phone to make the transfer, or just using the phone's Bluetooth or WiFi tethering connection to get the data directly to your device from TomTom?

Is this a new/recent problem for you? Were you moving those files successfully before?

Connection with bluetooth or Wifi is not the problem here.
When i try to import a .gpx files, i selet the file and nothing happens.
This works on the computer and older Android phones. Not on Android 13. Not even when the browser is in desktop mode.
The Mydrive app never worked properly on my Android 13.
So it is not possible to exchange routes when i use a mobile device when i am on route.

As a result, we have decided to discontinue the MyDrive mobile app.

This problem is not the Mydrive app.
I use the plan.tomtom.com in a browser.
Works on the computer and on older Android phone and tablet.
Not on an Android 13 phone.

We are still not properly communicating here.
You set up a route on the plan.tomtom.com app.
Then you are trying on the Rider 550 to retrieve that route using your phone as the data connection between TomTom and your Rider 550. But there is more than one way to do that last thing, and we (at least I) am not sure which method you are using. We were trying to determine that before recommending a particular troubleshooting method.

a) If you still have the old MyDrive phone app, it may be possible that it still works. It used a Bluetooth profile.
b) You can use your phone's Bluetooth tethering/hotspot feature to move data to your 550
c) You can use your phone's WiFi tethering/hotspot feature to move data to your 550.

I use my Galaxy S20 (Android 13) all the time to make data connections to my TomTom devices for routes and favorites. I do this by connecting using the phone's WiFi hotspot.

I get a track (.gpx) in an email. I download the track to my phone.
I can not import the track from my phone to the site: plan.tomtom.com.
Even when the browser is in desktop mode.
This would be the way to go. But is not working for me.

OK. So the malfunction is sending a *.gpx file to plan.tomtom.com that you've picked up on some site on your phone. Got it now.

Can you please supply a copy of the *.gpx file here for investigation? Not all of the 'flavors' of *.gpx data can be understood by the planner.

It can be attached as a *.zip file.

I can confirm that the TomTom planner seems happy enough with the file that you have provided:

I know, the import is no problem on my computer or an older Android (11) phone or tablet.
These older phone or tablet also supported the MyDrive app.
I own my tt550 since 2017.

Was just eliminating the obvious.

It seems that the ONLY issue is attempting to upload this track from one particular phone.
The file you see above on the planner screen shot is yours that I uploaded to the planner from my phone (Galaxy S20, Android 13) using Firefox (138.0b9) as my browser in desktop mode ("Desktop site" enabled).

My phone is an One Plus Nord Android 13. I use the browsers: Brave, Edge, Chroom, Firefox and Opera. All in and of Desktop mode.
Same result for all.
Thats why I think its the android version. Someting TT want's of the OS. (security/ privacy??)

If it was the "Android version", none of the rest of us using Android 13 devices would be having any luck, either. But that's not true. But there's definitely something odd going on with that phone.
