My Drive app is not available in India. How to get the app.

My daughter lives in California. She has presented me Tom Tom Go-Supreme. Tom Tom My Drive app is not available on play store in India. How to get that app for full access of all features associated with it. Please Guide me.
 
If the Mydrive application is not available on Play store in India, will it be complicated?

Another solution is to use Mydrive via a computer.

Or change country.
