hope someone can help, I am trying to create a route from Esbjerg to Schleiz, but want to go my way, preplanned to stay off motorways and major roads.
Is it possible to alter the route in TT home and then transfer to satnav for later use.
Hope this makes sense.

You can use the ITINERARY function if your unit has that feature (most models that use TT Home do have it on the last screen of the main menu).

You can either set that up on the unit itself, or use the on-line TomTom route planner, or....

You might find a third-party programme called "Tyre" is the best solution. You can use a Google map, create and drag a route to your preference and then export it to the TomTom (if it accepts itineraries...)

I'm at work at the moment and don't have access to my bookmarks, but I remember it USED to be quite hard to find on a Google Search.
Hopefully someone else can come up with a quick link.
