My computer voice isn't working

I have golive 950
It kept complaining that I was using a human voice so could do TTS so I then installed Susan and the male computer voice via the tomtom software so it did the install.

Now I have Jane and Susan but Susan is silent and has no volume or is a mute.
So Jane tell where to go but that's all. When I press test my 2 computer voices don't speak.

Any ideas?

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds unless your model has a dedicated reset hole

If that doesn't help, perhaps a complete factory reset. You will lose all custom settings like favourites, recent destinations, Home location but maybe it'll help.
