What schemes work the best for a motorcycle and which schemes do the tomtom rider use and can we use the same schemes on a tomtom 720?

I don't remember exactly what scheme but I think it's the one that came on the TT, only thing I have found on my TT one XL that works best for me is using the nite scheme set at 100%, doesn't seem to wash out totally.

I have downloaded "france_palette_de_couleur", and tweaked it with the Color scheme editor (mentioned on this site). It has light backgrounds and dark roads, so you can generally see your route and position on the screen in bright light. Like all of the schemes - us with a sun shade device whenever possible.

It was downloaded from the TT site. it should be installable on any device
 
I was really disappointed with the screen washout switching from a Magellan Roadmate 3050T to the TomTom GO920 two days ago. I did not think the Magellan was good in the sun but the TomTom was almost useless. I have been experimenting with changing schemes, but have a lot to learn, you may want to try the following and maybe you can alter it. I took most of the background colors out, and switched to mostly blue for roads - it does take some away from the beauty of the TomTom but hopefully a little better seen, 3D may work better because you can pick a different color vehicle icon as I have not yet found a way to change the vehicle icon/pointer in 2D.

I would like to see some of the schemes the Rider uses.

So, what device uses those "Additional face types" at the end?

The color editor program I'm using only registers the first 71 (down to 'Distant Color Route').

Color Scheme Editor 2.1 had them in the default scheme it loads when you start the program, I didn't change any of them, even the NavView changes I made didn't seem to work with the Go920. The ability to see the screen in bright sunlight is still a long way off from the Magellan Roadmate 3050T but overall the TomTom is definitely a better unit that I like more.
