Missing POI's on G0 920 ! HELP !!!

My 920 does now show any POI on map at all, even though there is abt 50 poi's installed. NO POI's at all !!! I've called TOM TOM abt 50 times no luck, even got my product replaced still no luck. It is updated and even have new version of North America map (Ver 825.2157) regards from TOM TOM. Any genius around? Thank !

Are the custom .ov2 files installed in the specific NA map folder? NOT in a folder called poi....

If so, when you Change preferences-->show poi on map, are there categories checked?

Also, when you Browse Map in 2nd page of main menu, do any poi's show up?
