Missing model

[SLINCS1969]

Hi,

I have a
TomTom GO Camper Tour 2nd generation
A24175V00690

But cannot find it in the lists to ask for help. As I cannot seem to get my personal POIs loaded into it. My Places and Favourites, fine but not my POIs, although they are still on the old model and on MyTomTom Route Planner.

on GO Camper Tour, it is not possible to add personal POIs.

Thanks, it implies I should have my POIs, it certainly doesn't say I cannot use my own POIs. So that's why I was confused!

As already said, you cannot add your own POIs.

You'll see them on MapTomTom, but on this GPS model, they won't be added to the Camper Tour.
