Tennessee Blue Lodges
I know your post was a while ago; but no one ever really offered you a file. I don't have the whole Southeast; but I created one for Tennessee. You are welcome to it. The addresses were gleaned from the Grand Lodge of Tennessee site (
http://www.grandlodge-tn.org/?chapters=Y&page=BL).
I have attached a zip file with the OV2 file, as well as the CSV file, Masonic emblem image, and the instructions I used to create it (so you can create your own or add to it).
Hope you or anyone else gets some use from it.

How To Create The Lodge Poi File:

1) Go to blue lodge site (
http://www.grandlodge-tn.org/?chapters=Y&page=BL)
2) Right-click on page and select "View Page Source"
3) Copy the page source and paste into
http://dirtymarkup.com/
4) Click "Clean"
5) Copy cleaned HTML into editor.
6) Grep the lodge addresses from the "q=" value in the google links. Be sure to replace all %20 with a space.
7) Go to
http://www.findlatitudeandlongitude.com/batch-geocode/#.UG-IurXcOCk
8) Paste the addresses into the "Input" field
9) Click the "geocode" button
10) Once finished, copy/paste the output into a csv file.
11) Open CSV file and reverse columns. I.e., make sure order is longitude, latitude, and description (i.e., the address)
12) Must remove the commas from the description, if any.
12) [Optional] Modify the description to include the lodge's name/number and district number.
E.g., "Old Hickory Lodge #598 District #8 1202 HADLEY AVE Old Hickory TN"
13) Go to
http://garmin.gps-data-team.com/poi_manager.php and enter the path to the CSV file created above.
14) Enter a name for the POI file.
E.g., "Tennessee_Masonic_Lodges"
15) Follow instructions at
http://us.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13903/kw/add poi
