Hi, does anyone know where I can get larger vehicles map for my TomTom 5200 please

It's says that may TomTom compatible for larger vehicle maps. So why I can't find and install as you said.

Where did you read it?
GO 5200 is not compatible with RV or truck maps.

Don't read everything you hear on Google.

The GO 5200 doesn't have specific software for large vehicles, nor is there a large vehicle map for your GO 5200.

For an official answer, contact TomTom support.

@kleckas I have just spoken to a help desk technician
the process is
"The user has to contact them with the full serial number of the device, if it is possible, a TomTom technician will change the backend of the device then the owner is to turn off and turn on the device and download the Europe Truck map."
