I just bought a new 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport with built in Navigation. I also have a TomTom GO 520. I really like the appearance of the TomTom interface, especially the information bar on the right side of the display. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the in car display to the portable GO appearance? The Nissan uses TomTom in car navigation and it is updated over the air or with a USB stick using a Nissan update app. Any possibility of getting maps directly from TomTom? Thanks for any info on this.
 
I believe in many cases that TomTom is only responsible for the software for auto manufacturers. Maps are the responsibility of that manufacturer.
 
Cannot help you. My 2015 Murano uses HERE maps, not TomTom, and a new map has to be purchased on an SD card from a Nissan dealer.
