Map query

A tomtom one (in all its versions) is very old and is considered End of Life by Tomtom. No more maps, updates, etc.

What is the serial number of your device? Se here:

Or, you can look at the contents of your device using Windows Explorer (or Finder if a Mac). Look in the root of the device for a text file called ttgo.bif. Scroll down till you see a line starting with 'MUID='. The number shown is its serial number.

We know that as a ONE IQRoutes or ONE 140 (depends upon world region). As it has only 2GB of memory and no external SD slot, and since maps have become HUGE since the old 2GB days, TomTom has ceased map support for them.
It's been a few map cycles since any updates were offered. I don't recall what the last 2GB map was.

PS = "PS">ONE IQ Routes, 2GB, HOME NAV2 EoL

The last map was probably something like 945.

Indeed - I was just looking back, and the last update offered for any of the 2GB devices (with a few rare exceptions) was back in September of 2018.
Unfortunately, TT doesn't offer the old updates, so unless you were keeping up, you're stuck with what you have now.
