Today I've received monthly map update and it is disaster in Kraków/Poland region. What is worse the problem applies to main, important roads - which are wrongly opened (north Kraków bypass - route S52 is marked opened whereas it is still under construction and will be for at least couple of months) or closed (main route 47 between Rdzawka and Nowy Targ is marked under construction but it is opened from 30.08). Moreover the old trace of route 47 is properly marked as closed so for now there's no possible connection between Rabka and Nowy Targ. These severe errors are present in NDS map specification only (as I think) - In MapShare portal both routes are correctly marked (so I can't report errors there!) and also in PlanTomTom portal everything is OK. What is also interesting when Calculating route in internet is set to on in Go navigation, route to Nowy Targ is calculated through new (closed in application map) trace of route 47 (screenshot attached). In AmiGo situation is slighthly different - route S52 is properly marked as under construction but it is also the case for route 47 which is opened in real. How can I report these severe errors which prevents sensible use of application in my region? MapShare is not an option as there routes are properly marked. Try to report it through customer service redirects to Mapshare... Maybe some TomTom employe could help
