I was driving with a 16' 3" trailer, and my main route M62 was closed between J24 & J22, I had to rely on the diversion signs since my traffic isn't working, both the diversion and my satnav told me to take a left turn, which was a very tight V shaped turn, I didn't like the look of it when I turned in, but both the diversion sign and my satnav went that way so I thought it must be ok.

About a mile down the road, I came to an arch bridge at 15' 6", satnav still telling me I can go that way, there were already a few other trucks stuck there, unable to continue.

The road was A6026 Halifax

It sounds like a bad underpass height has been propagated across several maps - unless all of the other trucks were using TomTom, too. The old Mapshare system doesn't seem to be monitored by anyone at TomTom in many regions these days, so I'd open up a ticket for that bridge, giving them the lat/long and actual height. Then advise them of your device's firmware and map versions. A photo would be great, though I've seen a few 'street view' shots from the 'other guys' used to make a point, too <g>.

To get their attention (maybe) more quickly, I'd report this not just as a regular map change, but as a truck routing / map content safety issue. Use words in your complaint like "GO Expert routes a vehicle with height X under bridge posted Y; restriction data appears missing or incorrect.”"
