Lost VR/address imput Go530

Anyone help, my 530 has lost the VR address imput it was there and working I even used it but as of two days ago and an update to APP 8.351 it just seems to have gone-the icons aint there no more the cspeech files still there(picked that from reading some of the threads) a have made and put the support_asr.dat file where it should be (I think ?) but old age and ignorance just dont help.

Go 530 App 8.351 Os:315187 GPS v1.20, Boot 5.5120
Map Uk/RoI v825.2157. Help please because at the moment I feel like breaking it into a thousand little bits, but its only a month old, and TT have only sent the auto Email in reply so far !
