Loss of traffic services

I have a new Tom Tom GO Superior 7inch and it is forever losing traffic services after about 20 minutes into the journey.
Turning off and on does not help and the settings are all ok , without the traffic it’s not much use to me so any help would be appreciated.

Il y a un bug avec la dernière version logicielle 25.104, donc il faut attendre que Tomtom résolve ce problème.

I have the same thing on my tomtom exclusive. Put it on teather it with my galaxy flip6. It stays on for not more than 20 minutes,then is lost.
Thus will cause an accident as people,including myself try and sort it out. It's not to bad,when in your own country. But I went to Belgium,through France then upto Belgium. It took 2 hours more than when I used my old 6000,with the built in chip all ready in. Where I was,was near Holland close to head office.
Anything for cheapness.
 
What I don't understand about Tomtom is that they know very well that there is a problem with the latest software version 25.104, but Tomtom continues to make us do unnecessary operations, such as a factory reset.

I apologize for the continued inconvenience with your WiFi connection. I understand how frustrating it must be to reset multiple times to regain connectivity. However, we have got some good news from the concern team that we are planning to release fixed software update for this issue. Software version: 25.200.0007.

I recommend you to please keep an eye on this updates once notify on the device kindly install it on the device and test it.

It's my impression that 25.200.0007 will only be released for devices like yours whose serials start with B3/B4 [GO Superior, GO Expert Plus, GO Exclusive, GO Camper Max] and devices starting with B7, A1 and A2. I hadn't seen mention of devices starting with Y or Z (as a regular GO Expert would be) in the 25.200.0007 release list.
 
I use the TomTom Go Expert app and was thinking today that the traffic information is not as good as it used to be. Often the traffic info is not connected, today it was but I arrived at 2 sections of standing traffic which was not detected. However my in car navigation had then highlighted. If in car is better then the app then I am not sure what I am paying for?
