Looking for campground, restrauants and grocery stores

I am traveling to Prince Edward Island from Ontario next summer and I am looking for any POI's out there for restaurants, grocery stores and campgrounds that I would find along the route. Particularly Loblaws chain stores, and any chain restaurants.
