Hi, Tomtom6250 keeps trying to take me over London Bridge where no lorry’s are allowed 7.5tonne (tickets have been issued) ? Why is this not updated?

Re: London Bridge ... Any chance your vehicle specs got reset to the default? Have had that happen once or twice.
If all appears normal, it will need to be reported, but surprised THAT one hasn't raised red flags already somewhere on TT boards.

Re: Blackwall. Which tunnel? And westbound or eastbound? (makes a difference since the old tunnel is one way!)

All specs have been set up to my desired wires etc. (new tomtom)
How can I report it ? - sorry new Tom Tom new to me

Using this tool, flag the center of the two tunnels in question here https://www.tomtom.com/mapshare/tools/new/mapshare/ and for each of the two cases, let them know you're dealing with a truck map and that it's refusing to route you there.

Use "Other" and then under "Type", "Other" again. You'll have a box and 500 characters to make your explanations.

Give them brief info on your truck specs if there's space.
