Log-On

I cannot log-on to My Account. Whenever I try I get Oops Connection Error, services temporarily unavailable. Even though I am 100% sure that I have entered the correct detail.
Any ideas?

Is related to MyDrive Connect on the web? Or are you talking about trying to log into Live/Cloud services on your 6000? The message makes it sound more like the latter.

How long has this been going on?

I would give the old 'hard reboot' a try first. Press and hold down the power button for about 20 seconds until the logo comes up with the drums and immediately release the button. See whether you are able to log on then.

If that doesn't work, go to MyDrive Connect on the web and try using exactly the same credentials to log in there and report any success/failure with that.

I am trying to Log-In to TomTom Services in order to activate Traffic Info & Speed-Camera warnings, which were working fine until a few days ago. The 'hard boot' achieved nothing.
Traffic info is well displayed on MyDrive Connect, via the web.

What are you referring to as a 'hard reboot'? The factory reset or the drum reboot?

So you are having NO issues logging into MyDrive web site with the same credentials? Try logging out and logging in again there and see what happens. I'm trying to make sure that the back end server hasn't 'forgotten' you.
