Hi all, newbie here. I have 2 questions I am looking for help on;

1. I have a TT Rider bought in Germany with most of Europe on it
I want to load Australia but get a message that to fit it on, Europe will be uninstalled.
Does this mean I lose Europe?

2. To buy New maps I am charged in GBP. Is there a way of changing this to my home currency, AUD?

Thanks in advance.

1. You can move the existing map onto your computer for safe keeping. The TomTom "Home" utility should be able to do this for you, or you can move it yourself by cut and paste with Windows Explorer, but don't do it that way unless you're confident of what you're doing.

2. That's odd, if you're correctly logged into the Australian version of the TT site, it should show the maps in your local currency.

I just tried it and got a quote for the Australia map of AUD 99.95

Check the flag in the top right for the different international versions

Thanks for that.
I'll use Home to back up first.
On the 2nd Q I had Oz selected, but it still came up with GBP.
I'll try again when I get home and am on my own computer in afew weeks time.

Thanks very much for the help
