Live services cant be activated

Hello everyone.
I have got a Tomtom expert 5”.
The my own device was changed 2 times by Tomtom in warranty.
Now i have an issue with this device.
Can’t activate live services,traffic and cameras are not activated,and can’t reactivate them.
I have contacted with a Tomtom support team and their suggestions was to Factory reset only,nothing more…
I have tried all i know,but without any results…
There is not problem with a log in,and WiFi network…

For traffic, are you sure you entered the correct login details for your TomTom account?
For speed cameras, is your subscription still valid?

The 5-inch GO Professional only has 6 months of free speed camera updates.

Yes ,i am sure for correct log in as the device start syncing…
The subscription for the speed cameras is still valid till February 2026

Settings. System. Select your information and privacy. Then activate.

And i have logged into my acount and it syncing
