Lg 8350 Verizon Pairing To A 730 Go

The phone sees the tomtom but the tomtom does not see the phone. Is there a trick to doing this? I'm having no luck.

In the bluetooth menu set your phone to "discovery or find me"

I have the LG 8350 and it worked fine after getting the same msg. as you.
