Latest map Guarantee issue

Hi i just got the TomTom 720 and i am trying to use my latest map guarantee but it says that there is no new maps. The version i have is 710.1584 i thought there was a more current map. Can someone confirm this. Thanks
 
same thing here. i called tt support, took a digi pic of my receipt and they hooked me up. give them a call tomorrow.
