Kudos to TomTom support team.

I wish I had gotten the name of the woman...but I hadn't so I can only say Kudos to the TomTom Support Team as a whole.

I had a problem in that I wasn't updated with the most current map in my XL 325SE and so i got on the forum and tried a few things to fix it...
I ended up getting it so hosed up it wouldn't even work but only said, "you have no map loaded" and so i called TomTom.
I was on hold for 20 minutes, but when I got a person, she was courteous, polite, knowledgable, and helpful.
She took me through a few "fixes" that didn't work, and finally uploaded a replacement map to my account...

Good job TomTom!!
 
Welcome to TTF! Sorry for the hassles you had but glad things worked out in the end. And it's always nice when someone has something positive to say about TT support. There are some good ones working there.
