Kindston 2GB SD card not recognized anymore?

Last night, the Home software recognized my 2 GB card on my TomTom One XL-S, now it does not. When I insert the card, it gives me the red x over the card. I formatted both and still nothing. I am running on Windows vista. Any advice? Thanks!

Are you sure all your files were copied back after formatting it FAT32? Are you using a SD card reader to access the card with your PC? If not I recommend getting one as the USB cable can slow down read/writes and cause errors. Have you run a "chkdsk K: /f " where K: is your SD card letter to ensure the alocation table is not corrupt?
