Keyboard Help

Hi, is there a way of making the keyboard show up on my menus, please see pic below. What i need is to use my sat side sideways, and as i use it 50-60 times aday for my job i need to input the address easily,

Is there anyway i can make the keyboard come up on this screen? I have seen it on the normal tomtoms but there seems to be no option to change.

i have looked at the keyboard pref and this does not enable it, i think its silly its not on, but then i suppose i would think it is silly if it was on and i wanted to use my external keyboard.
