Just updated maps, now what?

Yes, I backed up before loading the new 715 map. How do I reload my favorites without having to manually enter them in? In other words, what is the filename I need to copy over from the backup file to the unit?

If you had created favourites, the file you want to copy to the new map folder is mapsettings.cfg

For custom poi's? Unfortunately, manual copy is the only way. However, it needn't take too long if you have 2 instances of Explorer open, one showing the backup map and the other showing the new map folder. Now, sort the backup map by extension and simply copy all the .ov2 and .bmp files over in a batch.

It should be in the root directory
