Users of TomTom navigation devices can submit map improvements via its Map Share facility, with the chance of winning a number of prizes, including a trip to TomTom’s home city, Amsterdam

Now if they would just offer this for North America we might get a lot of missing map data on this side of the pond

Have you noticed how few people seem to bother to make map share contributions in North America.

The NA 805.1801 map has about 17329 and the W+CE 805.1801 177523
The NA may not be out as long as the W+CE and may be more accurate (yeah, right).

My Point exactly Perhaps a contest like this one would spur more N/A mape share contributions ??

Also there are more TomTom sat users in Europe than NA.

And that's a fact.

While vacationing last year in S. France & Spain.... I only saw ONE brand mounted on windshields, and they were all TT's.

Folks over there are very passionate bout GPS -- as well as their CellPhones
