Is this better then tomtom one?

ive stumbled on this item..It has things i wished tomtomone had like earphone/line out. 400 mhz cpu and embedded mp3/mp4 player. But its a no-name ...atleast to me GPS-3V106 invion. I dont mean to trash tomtom one ..But would like to find out more info on this if any one knows n e thing
