Is there a way to customize a color schema?

Hi all,
I was wondering if there is a way to modify an existing color schema?

For some reason some color schema doesn't appear in my TT one unless I choose the plugin schema? Are these special ones and that's why they dont appear in the main color schema list?

Found it!
Nice website with software to modify and/or create your own color schema.
I don't know if I can put the URL here but I can tell you that you can google the site using the key words "color scheme editor" and it will come up on top of the list.
