IPhone problem

Hello all. I’m trying to plan routes on my iPhone but am unable to save them to the unit or to My Routes or My Items. Unable to scroll down to the save button visible when I do the same on my laptop. Any thoughts?

On your phone, once you've planned your route from A to B, tap the blue route. A new window will open, select "Add to My Routes."

Thanks. Is this the route type you mean? If I tap on this it offers add to route - meaning the place tapped on. No window opens I’m afraid.

Yes, that's the route I'm talking about. You're definitely pressing the blue line.
