logged into my account again after not needing to use the device for a couple of months. trying to update and i keep getting the following message

absolutely fed up of the device now. before this i had to uninstall and re-install mydrive connect every time i wanted to carry out an update if it was more than a month ago. now its this. my internet works fine with the same speeds ive always had. even the 'check connection' tab in mydrive connect instantly gives the blue tick to say that the connection is fine. i need the device to get to a worksite tomorrow morning. its 7pm here now. anyone had the issue and found a fix?
