Icons for POIs

I have been downloading several POIs from another site. Several of them don't have icons. I tried finding icons and in a few cases converting them to .bmp, but they won't show up on my map. Any advice on this?

Poi icons have to be exactly 22x22 pixels and 24 bit colour. Paint or another graphic manipulation program should work to do the creation.

Yes they need to be .bmp formats. The files you provided were .gif and .png.
Btw, I used photoshop to convert them.

ahh, I had used paint, but didn't know about the 22x22 thing.
