I fallow instruction and no succes

Every time I plug my totom 720 to my computer I receive the fallowing message

I have fallowed those instruction every way I can imagine without success.

It keep repeating over and over

It has started after the last tomtom update.

Anyone has an idea?

Sorry, my French isn't as good as it should but try a pin reset and see if the problem is fixed.

If not, and: 1) you have a backup prior to the update and 2) you can see the unit's contents using Explorer.......

Then: 1) Remove the loose files in the root of the unit. NO FOLDERS OR THEIR CONTENTS. 2) Restore the files from the backup (root only) to the unit.

Sorry but I finally found the cure.
I remove the sd card from my tomtom
Did a pin reset open the tomtom
The tomtom said he could not find the sd card
Close everything and insert the sd card.
Put back on is base to connect to the computer.
At that time computer connect and download set up for tomtom ??? And install it.
It looks like the problem vanishes with the set up.
