How to update MyDrive Connect?

Hi - I haven't used my Tom Tom for ages - I went on my PC to update it and I got a notification that I need to update the MyDrive Connect software on the PC, (it's a Windows 10 unit) so I clicked on update but it simply didn't happen - I tried again to see if it had in fact updated, but no.
How do I get the update please?
