How to turn on POI "Details" option?

How do I add the "details" screen to custom POI's on my xxl540?

Some factory POI's have a menu option for additional "details." But custom POIs that I create do not have this details option.

For example, search for "Izod center" in East Rutherford NJ, click on the found poi, and there is a menu button for "details." This opens another screen with some added details, plus buttons for "Find", and "zoom."

I experimented with extra Poi Editor, filling in various extra fields to see if any would show up, but no...

PS Is this about the "Rich Poi" format? If so, how do I use that?

I'm afraid TomTom never implemented the "Rich POI" features for POIs you add yourself, only for their own built-in ones (and precious few of those anyway!)
