How to remove the oppening warning on my XLS

Since 8.01 the opening mesage show again.

Do you mean the End User License Agreement? If it's showing up every time you're starting the unit up, try a soft reset (small paperclip in the little hole in the bottom of the unit) or the clear flash tool (available at tomtom.com). It's only supposed to show after the unit has been completely shut off and rebooted.
