How to install TT Maps onto SD Card.

I have tried to follow TomTom's direction to put maps onto an SD Card but I cannot select "Change Device" under the Device heading in TT Home, it is greyed out.

I have an SD Card with a 2013 USA/Canada map on it from when I visited both countries last year. If I connect my TT One New Edition with no SD card inserted using TT Home v2.9.8.3423 I get an update for my Aussie map and 1 for my USA map.
If I connect my TT with the SD card inserted I get an update for my Aussie map and a MapShare Update for my USA/Canada map, problem is my GPS does not have the mapshare capability.

Can somebody please explain how I can get the latest USA/Canada map onto my SD Card?
