How to find out the total mileage?

I have been using TomTom 1 New edition for a past few weeks and happy with the overall performance. Does anyone know how to find out the total mileage driven while using this Gps unit? I know there is a way to get it out of Gps unit, but can't figure out how to perform this task.

Any ideas?

I believe that you would have to download a third party app. like Tripmaster.
