How to Add a new phone to go expert

Hi, I hope someone can help.
I've added a new phone to my device but now I can't send routs to it.
When I plan my route and send it to my account everything seams to be o.k.
But then I can't find the route on my go expert.
I was wondering if I need to remove the old android phone before connecting my new android phone or if I have done something else wrong.

Hi Andy,

For syncing routes it doesn't matter how you connect to the internet. I guess your GO Expert is also set up for Wi-Fi at the same time. Relevant is only that you're signed in with the same account that you use on Plan.TomTom.com and that you select to sync the route.
