how i activate HD traffic on 5150pro

Hello.is someone to help me with this problem?i read on forum many things but nothing to fix my problem.i was on the page businesstomtom.com/liveactivation i register my navigation and nothing happend.i just realy dont know what to do.first i thougt is not so hard,but in this moment i dont think havening a tomtom is ok.is very complicate this navigation.i have my own becker buy it from germany and is kid job to manage.thank you very much anticipated and well keep in touch if i will activate HD traffic.ever.
