How do you save the POI's?

I downloaded the POI's from this site to my: Tomtom>Download>POI folder.
The downloads are missing the .TOC file.

How do you save or open POI'S from the forum so the unit picks it up properly? My unit sees the ones I downlaoded from the real TomTom Share site with no problem.

A POI consists of 2 parts: an .ov2 file and a .bmp file with the same name. (If they are in a zip file, then unzip them.)

They must be copied into the map folder. Just use Windows Explorer.

It works perfect.

I was missing the step to go to My Computer > G: North_America.
I was not thinking of it as a drive. (my brain fart)

All is clear now.
