how do I navigate to a GPS code

ok, sorry if the description is rubbish

I found due to canada expanding, that the map update was not fantastic.

Now I have the facility on the 1xl to locate my exact location via the GPS setting

I cant work out if its possible to save the location in my favorites and navigate to it later
OR if I know the lat/long (if I write it down) can I navigate to that either
