How do I get POI details?

So I have POIs showing up on my 3D map in my 540TM, but how exactly do I get information on these POIs? I tried tapping on the screen but that just takes me directly to the setup options.

To view whatever detail there is for a POI, you need to be tapping the POI icon on the "Browse map" or "View map" screen, you can't do it on the normal navigation view.

There isn't much "information" though....
Normal TomTom POIs only have the name and a phone number.

Some newer models can use "Rich POI" detail, but TomTom are only using it to store an address.
