Bertucci's

You know I have never heard of Bertucci's and as an Italian I was curious.So I went to the web site. Although I have still to eat Good Italian food in the States except for a very small Restaurant in Sanfran and a cuople in NY Brooklyn .My Dad and I found (real Italian cooks) no reservations but huge lines outside to get a table. What I did see in the web site of Bertucci's is they has a read brick oven!
FYI only and only brick oven Pizza are reAL PIZZA'S! So If you have a Bertucci's near you GO FOR IT! Here Brick Oven Pizzerias are slowly fading away due to new Polution laws! So new Pizzerias have to put an electric oven. I and my wife eat only brick oven pizzas! I will definately go visit a Bertucci's next time I cross the pond!

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The wife and I are always going to Bertucci's, we love it. We like just about everything on the menu! I'm in Mass.
