Home V2 Does Not Recognize One New Edition

Hi, I haven't used my one new edition with us maps in a long time.
I charged it and it fires up, working fine.

I downloaded the latest home software, v2.4, installed on vista.
On connecting the one to usb the home sodtware launches, but it does not detect the device.

I found an old link to the v1.5 software, installed that, and it detects the one fine.

Any ideas how to get home v2 to recognize my one?

The super-old firmware on the LE is unrecognizable on home 2.x.

If you install home 1.x, then do a firmware update, it puts on a version that the 2.x can read. But make sure you install home 2.x after as it will install even newer firmware on the LE.
