My home just freeze on me, I called support they have problems with home, they are updating for the weekend. So they sugest to try on monday. To securely do it, DO NOT DISCONNECT THE CABLE, "jut close home" she said and reopen,when updating click ABORD right away.

Try minimizing the window that it's running in while it's updating.
