Yes that time is upon us again...and if you think i'm jumping the gun...well you're wrong as evidenced by things like this...

A christmas story is an obvious fav for me..what do you guys think.

I love Christmas Story, I love the movie.

"You'll shoot your eye out!"

Christmas Story - you bet, gotta love Ralphie and the "leg lamp", but there's also:
Home Alone - still holds up, just not as funny as the first time
Wonderful Life - yeah I know, but still a good Jimmy S movie
Christmas Carol - who didn't do this as an elementary school play
and of course all of those "claymation" type of movies with Rudolph, Santa and Herbie the wanna-be dentist!

The owner markets leg lamps and bought the house a few years ago. He spent quite a bit of $$ refurbishing the home as a museum.

Christmas Story is the best! I love it when TBS plays the movie for 24 hours!
I also love Jingle all the way with Arnie.

Also gotta love "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation." On the other end of the spectrum, there's "Bad Santa."

Christmas Story is my all time favorite as well! And in the words of that jolly old elf (who, we just learned, uses a TomTom to guide his sleigh to ALL of the good boy's and girl's in the world - and you thought it was Rudolph, didn't you? ) "you'll shoot your eye out, kid!"

I hope they play the Christmas Story on Peachtree TV...we no longer have TBS in Canada.
